School Advisory Council
St. Joan of Arc School Advisory Council
The School Advisory Council (SAC) is a consultative body of appointed members of the parish, whose term of office is three years, with no member serving more than two consecutive terms. In addition to the appointed members, the Pastor, Principal, Associate Principal, Business Manager, and Marketing Director are ex officio members. Meetings are scheduled monthly throughout the year.
The mission of the St. Joan of Arc SAC includes:
-maintaining a representative group of capable individuals
-generating and attracting productive ideas
-effectively evaluating those ideas against the overall vision of the parish
-using data-driven, decision-making mechanisms within an organizational structure
-supporting action and accountability to generate tangible results-
-communicating those tangible results to parish and school leadership as well as the community as a whole
