American Heritage Girls Club

American Heritage Girls Club

American Heritage Girls (AHG) is a Christ-centered character and leadership development scouting program that is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country.

St. Joan of Arc is proud to offer this program to all girls enrolled in kindergarten through 4th grade for the 2019-2020 school year!

Program Emphasizes:
•    Leadership
•    Citizenship
•    Social
•    Emotional
•    Life Skills
•    Faith

Meetings start in October and go through May (some units may choose to continue throughout the summer).  Each meeting will focus on doing crafts and activities to earn badges and we provide several service project opportunities throughout the year as well.  The cost will be $55 for the year plus additional fees for uniforms and handbooks (which are optional).

For all parents interested in having your daughter(s) be a part of AHG, or if you’d just like to find out more about what we are all about, please email Kate at

Your involvement as a parent is key to the success of our troop!  Not to mention the many blessing which come from investing your time showing these girls how to live a Christ-filled life.  Any parent interested in volunteering for a leadership position, please let us know. It will count towards your school volunteer requirements!  We are currently looking to replace our Troop Treasurer position beginning in August 2020.  Please contact Kate if you are interested in taking on this position for next year or any other leadership role.

See how AHG can enable your daughter to grow in her FAITH, cultivate a heart of SERVICE, and have more FUN than she can imagine, today!  Additional information regarding AHG can be found on the American Heritage Girls’ website at

Perhaps the AHG Oath says it best:
I promise to Love God,
Cherish my family,
Honor my country,
And serve in my community.
