FAQ
- Once an inquiry form is submitted and has been reviewed, we will reach out to finalize your tour date.
- After a tour has been taken, we will email you our application link.
- The application link will request certain documents that will need to be reviewed by the Principal.
- As soon as these are received and reviewed, we will send you our enrollment packet to complete and submit.

- Preschool classes are available, serving children aged 3, 4, and 5 years of age.
- We currently offer:
- 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), half or full days
- 5 days a week (Monday – Friday), half or full days
- K-8 classes begin at 8:10am and school is dismissed at 2:50pm.
- Preschool classes begin at 8:30am and end at 2:30pm.
- School office hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm.
- Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade are required to wear uniforms throughout the school year.
- Uniforms may be purchased at most major retailers. Some specific required uniform items need to be purchased through Schoolbelles, 5325 Monroe St. Toledo, OH 43623.
- Our complete dress code policy will be provided upon enrollment.
- PSO sponsors a used uniform sale each year.
- Yes, we provide morning care that begins at 7:30am. We also offer an extended day program in the afternoons, beginning at 2:50pm and ending at 6:00pm. There is an hourly fee associated with usage.
- Bus transportation is provided by the local Board of Education, which determines eligibility and bus routes.
- Currently, the following school districts provide busing to St. Joan of Arc when their school is in session: Anthony Wayne, Springfield and Toledo Public School Districts. Current information and specific busing information can be given by your school district's transportation department.
- Students must bring a packed lunch every day unless a lunch is pre-ordered through FACTS on one of our hot lunch days (Tuesdays - Chic-fil-A, Wednesdays - Schlotzsky’s, Thursdays - Marco's Pizza).
- Yes, we offer yearly financial aid options to families who qualify. This aid is meant to help defray tuition costs for families whose financial circumstances make it impossible for them to meet the full tuition fee.
- We also accept the ODE EdChoice Scholarship. All families in Ohio with an income of up to 450% of the federal poverty level can qualify for a full EdChoice Scholarship to be applied toward your tuition.
- Families that earn over 450% of the federal poverty level will qualify for a reduced scholarship amount.
